New Delhi: All three accused in the honour killing cases in the national Capital have been remanded to five days police custody by a court here on Saturday.
Police believe that there are more people involved in the serial killings. Ankit, Mandeep and Nakul were arrested by the Uttar Pradesh police for murdering their two sisters and a brother-in-law.
The Delhi Police has secured five days of police custody of Mandeep, Ankit and Nakul. They will be questioned at length. The Delhi Police told the Rohini court that there was a deep rooted conspiracy behind the honour killings.
They also said the victims were shot at point blank range. There are others who were also involved in the killings.
The police say they are looking for other suspects and hope the five-day interrogation will help them to crack down on the rest.
