SABARIMALA: Sabarimala Ayyappa Seva Samajam national general secretary Kummanam Rajasekharan has sought the intervention of the High Court in giving permission to ply KSRTC buses to Uppupara during peak Makaravilakku days from January 12 to 15 by the Forest Department.Kummanam Rajasekharan said in a statement that if permission was granted to operate the KSRTC Kumily-Uppupara chain service at least for four days, the hardship of the pilgrims would be reduced. Otherwise, the pilgrims would be forced to walk for a distance of about 15 km from Kozhikkanam to Uppupara, Kummanam said.
