The Court has also directed production of the records of the lower court in the related criminal case in the sealed cover.Additional Government Advocate V Narsingh has been directed to take steps for implementation of the order. As per case records, one Munish Behera of Bolagarh area had filed an application before the High Court seeking anticipatory bail in connection with a criminal case lodged in Bolagarh police station.During hearing of the petition, the counsel for the petitioner submitted that the other co-accused in the case had already been released on orders of the High Court. However, while perusing the order, the Bench found that the same was not passed by the High Court.
