Mumbai: Tibetan spiritual leader Dalai Lama was discharged on Monday from Lilavati hospital located in central Mumbai.
The hospital sources said, “The 73-year-old Nobel laureate was admitted to the hospital on August 28, following abdominal discomfort.”
“The Tibetan temporal head was responding to the treatment very well,” said the doctors attending him.
He was discharged on Monday after he had breakfast, the sources added.
