Commuters at receiving end of stir

HOSUR: Traffic on HosurBangalore NH was paralysed for over three hours on Sunday after the members of JD(S) resorted to a road blockade on the state border. JD(S) workers were protesting in support of party leader and former Karnataka chief minister H D Kumarasamy.
Over 200 members of JD(S) blocked the road in Attibele village, which is within the Karnataka boundary. Following this, vehicles from Tamil Nadu could not enter Karnataka and were lined bumper to bumper. Likewise, the vehicles from Karnataka were seen lined up on the other side of the border.
