KOCHI: The 14th commemoration ceremony of former INTUC state president VP Marakkar will be held at the Edappally Changampuzha Park on Sunday.Union Minister K V Thomas will inaugurate the function. The ceremony is in remembrance of VP Marakkar, a lawyer and a writer, who had earned his reputation in his work for the welfare of the labourers.
