The Cauvery river water row should be solved by the chief minsters of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka by holding a discussion or Karnataka should fight the case in the Supreme Court strongly, said Union Energy Minister M Veerappa Moily on Sunday.
He told reporters at Mangalore Airport, as a decision was taken in CRA Karnataka should raise its resentments during a discussion with Tamil Nadu chief minister and solve it in a mutually acceptable way. The next option is fighting a case in SC, he added.
Meanwhile, Moily informed the reporters that there is a plan for financial reconstruction as the energy sector that has been suffering from a loss of Rs 2,46,000 crore.
