Balakrishna plea hearing on November 10

BANGALORE: The High Court on Thursday will hear the petition filed by H D Balakrishna Gowda, the eldest son of former prime minister H D Deve Gowda, who is seeking to quash a complaint filed against him.     A single bench headed by Justice B V Pinto had sent notices to the Lokayukta and the complainant S N Balakrishna on Nov 4.Lokayukta special court Judge N K Sudhindra Rao on September 24 directed the Lokayukta police to investigate the complaint and file a report; later police raids were conducted on Gowda’s residence and an FIR was filed against him.
