Bail denied for Vaishnavi murder accused

HYDERABAD: Justice Samudrala Govindarajulu of AP HC on Monday dismissed fifth bail petition filed by P Venkat Rao alias Krishna, prime accused in kidnap and murder of 10yrold Vaishnavi of Vijayawada.
The kidnapping of Vaishnavi, her brother and car driver on Jan 30, 2010 and her murder sent shockwaves in the state. Venkata Rao first filed an application in June 2010. Since then, his five applications have come up before the court.
