THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Alleging that the complaint registered by controversial sanyasi Santhosh Madhavan of having received Rs. 80 lakh as bribe was intended to malign his family, V S Achuthanandan’s son Arun Kumar has served a legal notice on Santhosh Madhavan and a Malayalam daily. The legal notice issued by advocate Cherunniyoor Sashidharan Nair on behalf of Arun Kumar says that if they did not withdraw the complaint and tender an apology, he would go ahead with legal proceedings demanding Rs. 50 lakh as compensation.
