Former Jharkhand Chief Minister Arjun Munda on Monday hailed the BJP's manifesto while Congress leader Subodh Kant Sahay questioned the delay in announcing the document.
"The manifesto pledges to take the country in the list of developed countries through good governance," Munda said in Ranchi.
Ridiculing Munda's claim, former union minister Subodh Kant Sahay said this was the first time that any party announced its manifesto so late.
"The delay in announcing the manifesto by BJP claiming to form a government shows its hunger for power and not for development of the people," Sahay said in a press release. Sahay is the Congress candidate from Ranchi Lok Sabha constituency.
