CHENNAI: It was a refreshing break for 300 women, who were part of the Juggernaut 2011 on Saturday. Organised by the Indian Youth Forum (IYF) at Dee Cee Convention Centre, T Nagar, the gala event witnessed women in the agegroup of 15 and 30 years showcasing their variety skills. They walked the ramp, performed a mime show, debated about beauty and talked on stress management.The performance of an African band, Mantra Rock, was a treat for the gathering, before which actor Jiiva distributed prizes to the winners of the competitions. IYF has already already conducted such cultural events in Pune, Amaravathi, Bangalore and even in Australia. With a strength of 30 women in Chennai, IYF has, for the first time, featured Juggernaut in the city.
