SANGAREDDY: Seven persons, all relatives and belonging to Medak district, died and 12 others suffered serious injuries in a road mishap near Sholapur in neighbouring Maharashtra.According to the kin of the victims, about 19 people belonging to Pocharam in Regod mandal went on a pilgrimage to Pandaripuram in Maharashtra on Jan 29.After visiting all pilgrim places near Pandaripuram, they hired a lorry from the place to return home.As the lorry reached Naldoor near Sholapur, the driver lost control of it and hit a roadside tree and a woman died on the spot.Another six died while being shifted to hospital.All the injured were shifted to nearby hospitals who later informed about the accident to their relatives.The deceased include Y Gopal (30), Y Srinu (22), P Nagamma (55), Y Parvati (28), her son Y Vamsi (8), daughter Y Lavanya (2).
