New Delhi: A special CBI court will on Thursday hear Cineyug Films Pvt Ltd Director Karim Morani's bail plea in the 2G spectrum case.
He moved a bail plea after he made his first appearance in the special CBI court on Tuesday. He has been skipping personal appearances in court citing health issues.
The court had earlier dismissed Morani's anticipatory bail plea filed on medical ground, saying that as per May 19 reports received from the department of Cardiology and Neurosurgery of Mumbai's J J Hospital, his condition is "stable and normal".
The court had also said that proper medical facilities are available in Tihar Jail itself and if an undertrial/prisoner requires any further treatment, he is immediately taken to RML Hospital or AIIMS, as per the requirement of the situation.
