- To see who viewed your personal Story, go to your profile and tap "My Story". Swipe up on the Snap to see up to 200 users who viewed it.
- To see Public Story viewers, go to your profile and tap "My Public Profile". You can see the number of viewers underneath "Insight".
- If there are any replies, tap the reply to see it in full and respond.
Finding My Story Viewers
Open Snapchat. This looks like a white ghost on a yellow background. If you aren't already logged in, tap Log in to do so now. Use this method to check how many views your personal Story has and which added friends watched it.
Tap your profile icon. This will be at the top-left corner, regardless of which tab you're in. A new page will open.
Tap My Story. This will open your Story.
Swipe up on the Snap. You'll see a list of up to 200 Snapchat users who viewed your Story. If you have over 200 viewers, you won't see any additional names, but you'll see a number. You can change who can see your Story in your privacy settings.
Finding Public Story Viewers
Open Snapchat. This looks like a white ghost on a yellow background. If you aren't already logged in, tap Log in to do so now. Use this method if you're a creator and want to check how many viewers your Public Story has. Always be sure to post within Snapchat's guidelines and avoid uploading any personal or identifiable information to stay safe.
Tap your profile icon. This will be at the top-left corner, regardless of which tab you're in. A new page will open.
Tap My Public Profile. This should be above the My Stories header. The Insights and Replies page will open.
View the Insights. You'll see the number of viewers, both followers and non-followers, next to the eyeball icon. You can also see how many replies you received, and if any users took a screenshot. Tap a reply underneath Story Replies to view or send a reply to a user. Underneath My Friends, you'll see added friends that have seen your Public Story.
