Download the Browsec VPN app from the App Store. Search Browsec on the App Store, and tap the GET button to start downloading it. Browsec is a free, third-party VPN (Virtual Private Network) app that allows you to temporarily change your location for online services. If you don't like Browsec, you can find a variety of other free or paid VPN apps on the App Store.
Open the Browsec app on your iPhone. Find the green-and-white Browsec icon on your Home screen, and tap on it to open your VPN app.
Tap the country drop-down. This will open a list of all the available countries you can change your location to.
Select the country you want to change your location to. You can select United States, United Kingdom, Singapore, or Netherlands. The paid, premium version of the app allows you to access more countries. You can see a list of these under the "PREMIUM LOCATIONS" heading.
Slide the Disconnected switch to iPhone Switch On Icon. Toggle the switch, and wait until it turns green. It means your location has been successfully changed to your selected country. You'll see that it says "Connected" below the switch when the switch and the world map turns green.
Open the YouTube Music app. You can now use YouTube Music as if you're located in the country you've selected in Browsec. You'll switch back to your original country when you disconnect your VPN connection.
