An oceanic drink that’s definitely something to shell-abrate. Straight from the depths of the ocean, this drink is mixed with raspberry vodka, blue curaçao, peach schnapps, cranberry juice, and soda water. Garnished with a raspberry wrapped in an orange slice, this cocktail is a favorite among Lamplight Lounge lovers.
Melrose Place
A unique throwback to celebrate the park’s magical origins. This drink was originally from the secret menu of the Cove Bar, which was later replaced by Lamplight Lounge—but the flavor is still just as delicious! A Long Island iced tea with strawberry puree and Regale Berry-Rose Champagne, this beautiful pink drink is garnished with a strawberry and a lemon wheel.
Sideshow Novel-Tea
A show-stopping drink with tons of fruity flavor. This is another drink originally from the Cove Bar's secret menu, but it’s definitely more underground. You might have to ask your bartender to custom-make this one, since some may not be aware of it. This mouthwatering red drink is made with Absolut Wild Tea Vodka, iced tea, strawberry puree, and fresh lemon juice, topped with a strawberry and two cherries.
Midway Martini
A mouth-puckering slightly sweet and sour martini. This beautiful cranberry martini is made with Absolut Orient Apple Vodka, Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur, cranberry juice, organic agave nectar, and fresh lime juice.
Nacho Secret
A plate of nachos topped with whatever protein you desire. One of the most famous meals at Lamplight Lounge is the Lobster Nachos. Here’s another secret: if you don’t like lobster, you can order your nachos with chicken or steak instead. If you don’t eat meat at all, don’t worry! You can also order your nachos vegetarian-style. You can modify a lot of the other dishes to be vegetarian too, so be sure to ask your waiter for more options.
