Priyanka Chopra is globally renowned not only for her exceptional onscreen performances and fashion sense but also for her dedication to natural skincare and health remedies. A firm believer in homemade DIY solutions, Priyanka often shares her beauty and wellness secrets with fans, emphasizing the use of simple, organic ingredients commonly found in India. These natural remedies are gentle on the body and highly effective.
In a recent interview with Vogue India, Priyanka revealed one of her morning rituals for boosting immunity. She shared, “I’m drinking warm water, with ginger, turmeric, lemon, and honey first thing in the morning to boost my immunity, as I’m filming almost every day and cannot afford to get sick because that will derail the schedule.”
Some time back she shared an age-old trick to eliminate swelling and soreness. After suffering injuries on the set of her upcoming film – The Bluff, she took to Instagram to share the remedy to heal herself. She used sliced garlic cloves and rubbed it on her heels. Speaking about this hack, she told Vogue India, “The raw garlic thing really had a moment, huh? Cuts and bruises are part of the gig, so I love these kinds of age-old solutions along with medical ones. I’ve gotten so many over the years, especially from my mum and grandmum.”

Earlier, in a segment with Vogue, Priyanka shared one of her go-to body scrubs that can help with tanning and exfoliation. As per her formula, you need to mix about one cup of gram flour (besan), unflavoured yogurt, fresh lemon juice, and milk. Finally, season with sandalwood and turmeric powder. Apply evenly to the skin, allow to dry, then wash off.
Moreover, apart from all the DIY hacks, in her recent interview, Priyanka added that she maintains a six-step nighttime routine and takes regular consultations with her facialist.
