Capoue told Sky Sports he has passed his medical at White Hart Lane and said it just a matter of time he ends up playing for André Villas-Boas.
"There are only some paperwork to sign now. I will be at the training ground tomorrow," he said on Wednesday evening.
"Tottenham is a super club. It's the best club to continue my career. It should be official very quickly now."
This will be Spurs' second midfielder signing after Paulinho. They start their campaign on Sunday against Crystal palace and in all likeliness the 25-year-old will be a part of it.
