Masaba Gupta has time and again shared about her diet preferences and meals she swears by in different seasons. The celebrity enjoys healthy handmade treats while striking the right balance with her junk food cravings. In her latest post, Masaba shared what she eats daily. The designer gets the much-needed nutrients throughout the day with a balanced big meal and healthy snacking options.
Masaba begins her day at 6.30 a.m. with warm water infused with saunf (fennel seeds) and jeera. Next, she takes her breakfast at around 9 am which consists of a bowl of Bircher Muesli with raspberries and blueberries. She also shared her post-workout food which includes a protein shake after her workout to replenish her energy.
While busy with work and shoots, Masaba keeps her mid-meal snack. She opts for five soaked almonds and five walnuts, along with some cool chaas (buttermilk).

Masaba shared a glimpse of her balanced lunch, which consists of aloo bhindi, chicken curry, rice, and sprouts salad which she has around 1 pm. In the evening she takes her evening snack, however, she didn’t disclose the name of the dish. For her dinner at 7 pm, Masaba relished two boiled eggs with their yolks and some chicken broth. Sharing the reason for her unique choice of food for dinner, she said, “This is what I eat when I don’t want to think about what I’m going to have or like, I’m not that hungry, but I gotta eat because I gotta get that protein in.”
While she indulges in nutritious food, she does not ignore her cravings. She shared, “The 80/20 rule is golden for me. 80% of the time it’s great, nutritious food, and the rest of the time – BRING ON THE… cos I love it all.” Most of her followers noted how her diet was simple and easy to follow and some also asked for recipes.
