Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma turned showstoppers for sustainable fashion designer duo Abraham & Thakore at The New Order of Style showcase, held to celebrate the launch of Jio World Plaza in Mumbai.
The monochrome color palette brought to life in unique typography and prints saw the designer duo style Tamannaah in a unique white sheer dress, embracing the braille script. Looking stunning in sheers, the seamless blend of formal and casual dressing made this ensemble a classic. The silhouette also featured a collar and came with a set of pockets.

Tamannaah who was accompanied by her beau actor Vijay Varma looked dapper in a black and white vertical-striped suit. The camaraderie the couple shared on the runway added an element of fun to their showstopper looks.

The pieces were part of their collection, Body Language, which the designer duo had recently showcased at Lakme Fashion Week x FDCI. Presented by Reliance Brands Ltd., the collection celebrated creative minimalism at its best. From embracing bits of braille to morse codes and letters, the ensembles made some witty non-verbal statements. There was fun and excitement in the apparel, as, at times, the hidden text even revealed the disguised brand’s name. The inspiration for playful typography was realized with detailed craftsmanship as ikat, Ajrakh, brocades, badla sequins, and fine laser-cut work were brought seamlessly together.
The New Order of Style fashion show celebrated eight designers, including Manish Malhotra, Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, Rahul Mishra, Ritu Kumar, AK OK, Satya Paul, Falguni Shane Peacock, and Abraham & Thakore.
The fashion extravaganza was attended by the who’ who of the film industry including Alia Bhatt, Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Katrina Kaif, Salman Khan, Karan Johar, Sara Ali Khan, Bhumi Pednekar, Shraddha Kapoor, Khushi Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Rajkummar Rao, John Abraham, Rashmika Mandanna, Arjun Kapoor, Boney Kapoor, Diana Penty, Ranveer Singh, Ashley Graham, Shanaya Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor, Shehnaaz Gill, Aashim Gulati, Madhuri Dixit Nene, Hansika Motwani, Sonam Kapoor Ahuja, Karsima Kapoor, Suniel Shetty, Athiya Shetty, Shweta Nanda, Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Pooja Hegde, Nora Fatehi, Jaaved and Meezan Jaffery among others.
