The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Committee (UPSSSC) extended the registration deadline and is going to close the registration window for the Junior Engineering (JE) exam today, on July 13, 2024. Eligible candidates who have not filled the application form yet can apply for UPSSSC JE Mains 2024 on the official website, upsssc.gov.in. This extension aims to fill a total of 4,612 posts in the organisation. In order to complete the registration, applicants will have to pay Rs 25 as the application fee. The payment can be done through credit card or debit card, internet banking, UPI or SBI e-Challan.
UPSSSC JE Mains 2024: Steps to register
Step 1: Visit the official website of UPSSSC at upsssc.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click on ‘Live Advertisements’.
Step 3: Click on the link to apply for the posts of JE.
Step 4: Fill registration form and proceed and upload the required documents
Step 5: Pay the application fee and submit the details.
Step 6: Download the form and take a printout for future reference.
Candidates can make changes in their application form only after depositing the application fee. For this, the candidate will have to go to the applicant’s dashboard under the applicant segment and login with the credentials.
Only candidates who have cleared the Preliminary Eligibility Test (PET) 2023 are eligible to register for the JE Mains 2024. Successful applicants will receive their admit cards and be called for a document verification round. They should also possess a High School degree from a recognised educational institution. They should also have a 3-year diploma or certificate relevant to the engineering field. There is an age limit for applying, that is from a minimum age of 18 to the maximum age of 28.
