A total of 7 companies including the local ones and located outside Bihar as well are participating in the job camp.

A one-day job camp is being organised for the candidates who have completed their matriculation (class 10th) and intermediate-level education (Class 12th). This camp will be organised at Gaya, Bihar by the Model Career Center (MCC) along with the Regional Planning Office of Gaya on February 28.

As per Local 18 Bihar, the timings of the job camp will be from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM. The MCC is expected to connect local youth and other job seekers with all possible job opportunities in the area. The candidates in the age group of 18-45 will have a chance to get employed in more than 630 vacancies in the private sector (Banking, Marketing and Sales). The enrollment process of this job camp is free and the selected candidates will get the opportunity to work in other states as well besides Bihar. A total of 7 companies including the local ones and located outside Bihar as well are participating in this job camp.

The names of these companies are Retrofit Technology Private Limited and HipHop Media House Private Limited. Other companies that will provide employment opportunities to the candidates are Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, Quess Corp Limited, and IDFC First Bank Limited. Companies like Rajray Securex Pvt Ltd, Asha Industries Private Limited, and Women and Child Development Corporation will also employ the candidates. The selected candidates will be recruited on a salary of Rs 10,000-40,000.

This job camp is being organised under the SANKALP (Skill Acquisition and Knowledge Awareness For Livelihood Promotion) Scheme. This scheme is being operated under the Bihar Skill Development Mission. This job camp is a golden opportunity for employment mainly for professional, technical, and non-technical students. Candidates also have a chance to procure employment in manufacturing, technical, and security, through the job camp. Interested candidates of the district should reach the Regional Planning Office located in the Swarjpuri Kendui, Gaya. They should have all the necessary documents for the employment procedure.

Planning officer Aakriti Kumari revealed more details about this job camp. She said that the interested candidates are required to register themselves first on the NCS portal.
