The Indian Bank has started accepting applications for the position of Apprentice under the Apprentices Act, 1961 from July 10, 2024. Interested and eligible candidates can visit Indian Bank’s official website, indianbank.in to apply by July 31. This time, the recruitment campaign intends to fill 1,500 apprentice positions throughout several Indian states. The candidates will be chosen based on a written exam, document verification, and medical examination.
Indian Bank Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Maximum age of 28 years and Minimum age of 20 years as of July 1, 2024. Relaxations on the upper age restriction are applicable to candidates in the reserved category.
Educational qualification: Graduate degree from an accredited university in any field, or any comparable degree accepted as such by the Central Government. Applicants must have finished and received their graduation diploma by March 31, 2020.

Indian Bank Recruitment 2024: Application Fees
Candidates from the General, OBC, and EWS categories need to pay an application charge of Rs. 500 and candidates in the SC, ST, and PWBD categories are exempt from this price. The applicant is responsible for paying the bank transaction fees associated with online application and notification fees. It would be convenient for students to pay online. Indian Bank Recruitment 2024: Selection Process
Candidates who apply for apprenticeship positions will be chosen based on their performance in an online written exam and a competence test in the local language. The test will be administered in key regional languages (as determined by the Bank) except for General English, which will be administered in English. Inaccurate responses on the objective tests will result in a failing grade. For every incorrect response, one-fourth of the mark allotted to the question will be subtracted.
