IBPS SO Recruitment 2024: Registration For 884 Scale 1 Officer Posts Begin at ibps.in

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has begun online registrations for Scale 1 Officer positions as part of the Common Recruitment Process for Specialist Officers (IBPS SO 2024). IBPS SO Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Age limit: Applicant must be at least 20 years and less than 30 years old as of August 1, 2024, to be eligible.

Educational Qualification: 

Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): 4-year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Agricultural Biotechnology/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ B Tech Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Agriculture Business Management/ Food Technology/ Agricultural Engineering/ Sericulture /Dairy Technology/ Fisheries Engineering

IT Officer (Scale-I): 4-year Engineering/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Technology Degree in Computer Science/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation.

Law Officer (Scale-I): Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and be enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council.

Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the graduation level.

IBPS SO Recruitment 2024: How To Apply

Step 1: Log in to the official website of IBPS at ibps.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the link that reads, ‘CRP -SPL -XIV’.

Step 3: Upon clicking, a new page will be displayed on the screen.

Step 4: Click on the ‘Apply online for Common Recruitment Process under CRP-SPL-XIV’ link available.

Step 5: Then, register yourself and log in with the generated credentials

Step 6: Now, proceed to fill in the application form with the necessary academic and personal information.

Step 7: Pay the prescribed application fee and hit submit.

Step 8: Save a copy of the confirmation page and take a printout of your application for future use.

IBPS SO Recruitment 2024: Application Fee

Candidates falling under the SC, ST, and PwD categories need to pay Rs 175 as the application fee, whereas those belonging to all other categories are required to pay Rs 850 as the application fee.

The preliminary exam will be held in November and the results will be out by December. Those who clear the prelims will next be called for the mains exam which will take place in December 2024 and the results will be declared in January/ February 2025. The interview will be conducted in February/March 2025 and the provisional allotment list will be out in April 2025.
