The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the CTET July 2024 exam results. Candidates who have appeared for this exam can check their results by visiting the official website of CTET at ctet.nic.in using their application number and date of birth.

A total of 7,95,231 candidates appeared for Paper 1 of the CTET exams for the January session. 1,26,845 qualified for the exam and 14,81,242 appeared for Paper 2. Out of these, 1,12,033 cleared the exam. Apart from this, the January result was also available on DigiLocker.

According to CBSE CTET notification, candidates must secure at least 60 per cent marks to obtain the qualification certificate after the NCTE notification. However, school managements (including government, local bodies, government aided and non-aided) can grant concessions to candidates belonging to the categories of SC, ST, OBC, and persons with disabilities.

How to Check CTET Result 2024?

Step 1 — Go to the official website of CBSE CTET.

Step 2 — Click on the link where CTET Result 2024 July is written.

Step 3 — Enter the required details.

Step 4 — Your result will appear on the screen.

Step 5 — Check CTET Result 2024 and save it.

CTET 2024 was conducted on July 7 in two shifts in 20 languages ​​in more than 135 cities in India. Paper 2 and Paper 1 were conducted from 9.30 am to noon and from 2 pm to 4.30 pm. The answer key was made available on July 24. The board will soon submit all qualified applicants’ mark sheets in digital format to the DigiLocker account. The eligibility certificate is legally recognised under the IT Act.

There is no limitation for appearing in the exam. You can appear for the exam as many times as you want. Apart from this, the validity of the CTET certificate is lifelong for all categories.

Meanwhile, Bihar Police had earlier arrested 12 people, including two women, for allegedly appearing in the CTET and solving the exam on behalf of other candidates at various examination centres in Darbhanga district, police told PTI. The impersonation was detected through biometric fingerprint scans of candidates at the examination centres, police said.
