The latest season of the IPL has gotten off to an entertaining start. The fans have been treated to some exquisite performances and great duels in the first 10 days.
While reigning champions Chennai Super Kings have won two of their three matches, it has not been a smooth start to the IPL 2024 campaign for Mumbai Indians. Having played two matches so far, MI have not been able to register a win yet.
In their next match, MI will be up against Rajasthan Royals and the five-time champions will hope to end their winless start tonight.
Rajasthan Royals’ spin duo of Ravichandran Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal, along with skipper Sanju Samson were seen having a pleasant interaction with former MI captain Rohit Sharma ahead of the match.
The players met during the training at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.

Ashwin and Rohit shared a hug and then Samson and Chahal also approached the India captain.
The trio can be seen having a joyful exchange as they are all smiles.
Rohit has looked good with the bat so far, scoring 69 runs in the first two games at a strike of over 160. MI, however, ended up on the losing side on both occasions.
On the other hand, RR have made a fine start, winning their first two games.
Returning to the Wankhede Stadium for their first home game of the IPL 2024, MI will be hoping to overcome the losing streak. RR, on the other hand, will hope to climb to the top of the IPL 2024 points table with their third straight win.
