Pakistan wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan pulled off a brilliant catch on the third day of the ongoing first Test against Bangladesh in Rawalpindi. Rizwan’s effort helped Naseem Shah dismiss Zakir Hasan in the 17th over on Friday. After Pakistan declared their first innings at 448 runs, Bangladesh made a decent start finishing Day 2 at 27/0.

On the third morning, Naseem bowled a brilliant outswinger, which brushed off the edge of Hasan’s bat. Pakistan had placed two fielders at the slips. The ball could have found the clasp of Babar Azam but Rizwan reacted promptly and dove to his left for a one-handed catch.

Users have been loving Rizwan’s way who had earlier registered a career-best score of 171 not out.
“Rizwan is showing the way here for the team. What a match-winner. Probably Pakistan’s best wicket-keeper batsman ever. Sarfaraz Ahmad will have to wait for his turn,” wrote a user.
Echoing the same sentiment, another fan said, “There is no doubt he (Mohammad Rizwan) is the best keeper in Pakistan.”
“Naseem Shah is Beauty,” noted a fan, praising the bowler for the seemingly unplayable delivery.
The 32-year-old earlier struck as many as 11 fours and three sixes during his 239-ball effort.
Shaud Shakeel also enjoyed a good outing and registered 141 runs off 261 balls. Among others, opener Saim Ayub notched up a half-century but the other top-order batters including captain Shan Masood returned with single-digit scores.
