It will be the battle of wicketkeepers when Sanju Samson-led Rajasthan Royals (RR) take on Delhi Capitals (DC) of Rishabh Pant in an IPL 2024 match at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on Thursday . It’s the ninth match of the ongoing edition.
The Royals head into this game on the back of a terrific win over Lucknow Super Giants (LSG). Their batting clicked with skipper Samson scoring an unbeaten half-century. However, it was Trent Boult’s beautiful spell with the new ball which really set the tone for a win for RR.

They unearthed a 21-year-old gem in Abhishek Porel, who scored 32 off 10 balls after coming on as an Impact Player. The DC bowling unit, though, couldn’t restrict PBKS as the hosts won the game by four wickets.
