'He Thinks I'm a Weak Bowler': Virat Kohli Dances Before Gatecrashing Kagiso Rabada's Interview; Watch Video
Kagiso Rabada and Virat Kohli will square off later tonight in an IPL 2024 clash when Punjab Kings host Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Dharamsala.

Kagiso Rabada was busy taking part in a podcast when he was interrupted by an uninvited guest who proceeded to gatecrash the interview. Rabada though was more than happy to receive the guest going by the name of Virat Kohli who made a cameo appearance while ‘blabbering’ about himself.

“Virat Kohli is right there. He’s dancing," Rabada announced Kohli’s arrival while responding to a query from the host of Willow Talk.

“I will keep blabbering about myself like I always do," Kohli said.

When the host asked Kohli about his impression of Rabada as a bowler, the South African quipped, “He (Kohli) thinks I’m a weak bowler."

Rabada then praised Kohli, calling him the most consistent and toughest batter across formats currently.

“When it comes to all formats, I would say the toughest (batter) and consistent too," Rabada said.

“Very good defense and applies pleasure in many ways be it finesse or power game. And just the hunger for run, it’s always a great challenge playing against players like that. They just seem to have all the bases covered. Whatever format it is, it’s the same thing without really overcomplicating things. It’s just simple cricket shots executed to the highest level. And the concentration for long period of time. That’s what makes it tough bowling to him. The willingness to be in the battle, don’t think you can buy that. Some players have it, some don’t. No matter how things are going, just to keep doing it over and over again."

Rabada, who represents Punjab Kings in IPL, will be up against Kohli of Royal Challengers Bengaluru later on Thursday when the two teams square off in Dharamsala.

RCB have been able to revive their campaign with a hat-trick of wins and keep their slim hopes of reaching the playoffs alive. They are currently seventh on the IPL points table and a rung ahead of PBKS.
