She made her debut in the Telugu film industry with the movie Gaddalakonda Ganesh, in 2019. It was directed by Harish Shankar and is an official remake of the Tamil film Jigarthanda, which was released in 2014. The actress was seen alongside Varun Tej, Atharvaa and Pooja Hegde. For her performance, Mirnalini was nominated for the SIIMA (South Indian International Movie Awards) Award for Best Supporting Actress in Telugu.

She has done films like Enemy, Jango and Cobra, all released between 2021-22. Her latest release is Mama Mascheendra, directed by Harsha Vardhan. It came out on October 6.
