It is official, Shah Rukh Khan will be performing his hit song, Jhoome Jo Pathaan at the WPL 2024 opening ceremony. For the unversed, Shah Rukh has landed in Bengaluru and will be seen performing at the opening ceremony of Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2024 that is slated to kick off on Friday, February 23. A day before the performance, Shah Rukh was seen at the M.Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru rehearsing his performance.
In a video shared by WPL on Instagram, Shah Rukh was seen on the stage practising the hookstep of Jhoome Jo Pathaan. He was seen standing with ace choreographer Shiamak Davar. The actor was also seen rehearsing his iconic, arms wide open pose. Shah Rukh was seen sporting a casual white tee and pants while wearing a pair of sunglasses. He was seen sporting a long hairdo.
While fans were thrilled to get a glimpse of his rehearsal, many went gaga over his hair. “SRK’s long hair has its own fanbase❤️,” a comment read. “His hair oh man! ,” a second comment read. “OMG his hair!!!!!!” another fan said.

While Shah Rukh will be headlining the ceremony, other big Bollywood names set to perform include Shahid Kapoor, Sidharth Malhotra, Varun Dhawan, Kartik Aaryan and Tiger Shroff.
Before heading off to rehearse for the event, Shah Rukh Khan was busy rehearsing for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding. Shah Rukh Khan recently visited Jamnagar in Gujarat to prepare for the pre-wedding festivities of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. News18 has learnt that the Bollywood superstar visited the city to rehearse for his performance. He spent a day in Jamnagar before leaving for Mumbai on Thursday, February 22.
