Logan Star Hugh Jackman Could Play Enzo Ferrari in Upcoming Biopic
The news has automobile fans excited as Enzo Ferrari is one of the biggest names in automotive history.

‘Logan’ star Hugh Jackman, known for playing the role of Marvel superhero Wolverine, could soon be seen portraying one of the biggest names in automotive history – Enzo Ferrari.

Enzo Anselmo Ferrari, born in February 1898, was an Italian motor racing driver, entrepreneur and the founder of Scuderia Ferrari Grand Prix racing team and the Ferrari automobile marque.

Ferrari is one of the leading automakers in the world when it comes to building exotic supercars that are known for delivering performance unlike any other while having sporting looks which make the car wallpaper-worthy in every kid’s bedroom.

According to a report by Deadline, Hugh Jackman is likely to play the role of Enzo Ferrari while Noomi Repace will play the character of his estranged wife Linda. The movie will be directed by Oscar-nominated filmmaker Micheal Mann. The movie is also expected to revolve around the pair’s difficult relationship.

While we still wait for an official confirmation by the cast regarding the film, the reports of this have all automobile lovers excited because if ‘Wolverine’ gets to play the role of a man who has been giving us cars to drool over and started a legacy of utterly beautiful cars that are made even today, it is definitely a reason to be excited.

The movie is set to take place in 1957 – a year where passion, failure, success and death and life all collided in Ferrari's battle for supremacy against rival Maserati. It will be aptly titled 'Ferrari'.

We may be asking for too much here, but we hope that tiff between Enzo Ferrari and Horacio Lamborghini (which gave birth to the Lamborghini auto marque) is also touched upon. What do you think?
