JEE Topper To Naib Tehsildar, Aanchal Aggarwal's Academic Brilliance Shines In Public Service

The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) exam provides candidates a chance to get posted to illustrious government jobs in the state. It is one of the highly competitive examinations, but one can clear it with intense training and the proper guidance. A candidate named Aanchal Aggarwal has cleared this exam and has clinched the post of Naib Tehsildar. Aanchal’s husband Kartavya Aggarwal is also working as a Naib Tehsildar. The Tehsildar and Naib Tehsildar, are the key officers in the revenue administration and exercise powers of the 2nd grade Assistant Collector. This space articulates the meritorious accomplishments of Aanchal since her childhood.

Aanchal’s father works as a businessman, while her mother is a teacher. Aanchal completed her schooling at Saraswati School and remained one of the most brilliant students in her childhood. She has secured more than 90 per cent marks every year in her studies from class 1 to 12. Not only in academics, Aanchal demonstrated her skills in co-curricular activities as well. She participated in many sports competitions and cultural activities and achieved laurels in them. Aanchal decided to attempt the Joint Entrance Examination after passing class 12th and cleared that as well with a bright score. She went for counselling post the JEE exam and secured admission to Rewa Engineering College, Madhya Pradesh. She completed her studies in engineering at this institution and then started preparing for the MPPSC.

Aanchal prepared for the MPPSC exams in Delhi and cleared them with her determination towards her studies. She has been working in the Department of Women and Child Development since 2018 and simultaneously preparing for the MPPSC exams. She credits her family, teacher, and friends for her success in the examination. Her husband Kartavya used to work as a jailer before his selection as the Naib Tehsildar. Post his selection for the Naib Tehsildar post, he tied the knot with Aanchal in February 2023. Both Aanchal and Kartavya now aim to clear the civil services examination and render their services as district collectors. The district collector is also known as the highest-ranked officer in revenue administration.
