State Bank of India will organise an examination on January 21 for recruitment of Circle Based Officers (CBO) to fill 5447 posts. SBI has also released the admit card for the exam. Let us take a look at how much salary a CBO gets in SBI and what other incentives they sign up for.

The compensation for Circle Based Officers (CBOs) is set by the SBI. The bank offers competitive compensation packages, benefits and employment stability to candidates selected for the CBO position. For junior management grade scale I plus 2 advance increments, the starting basic pay will be Rs 36,000 based on Rs 36000-1490/7-46430-1740/2-49910-1990/7-63840.

Dearness Allowance – Rs 16,884

House Rent Allowance – Rs 2,520

City Compensatory Allowance – Rs 1,080

Other Allowances – Rs 2,000

Gross salary – Rs 58,000

Deduction – Rs 8,100

Net salary per month – Rs 50,000
