The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) will begin the registration process for Classes 5 and 8 exams from today, January 12. Students who will take the exam this year can complete the registration process on the RBSE official website, rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in. The last day to complete the registration process is January 31. The RBSE Class 5 and 8 exams will be held in April.

Students must fill out an application form in order to sit for the RBSE Class 8 and 5 exams in 2024. Also, they must submit a photograph as well as a picture of their signature. The announcement was made via their board’s X handle.

The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education recently issued a warning about a false date sheet that was shared on social media. The warning is intended for Class 10 and 12 students who will take their board exams this year. Taking to social media, the RBSE posted a tweet noting that no timetable has been published as of now. The board wrote, “Rajasthan Board has not released any kind of (Time Table) yet; please do not pay attention to (Fake Time Table).”

Candidates will be able to obtain the Class 10 and 12 date sheets for 2024 from the official website atrajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.inwhenever the RBSE issues them. As per the Rajasthan board, the RBSE Class 10 and 12 theory examinations will be held this year from February 15 to April 10.

According to reports, more than 20 lakh applicants will sit for the RBSC Class 10 and 12 exams in 2024. Over 9 lakh children have enrolled for the Class 12 board test, and approximately 13 lakh candidates will sit for the Class 10 exams this year. The Rajasthan Board class 10 and 12 tests will last three hours and fifteen minutes at the allotted locations. The RBSE Board Exams 2024 will be worth 100 points (80 points for some courses).

In 2023, the total Class 10 pass percentage was 90.49 per cent. Girls had a 91.3 per cent pass rate, while boys only had an 89.78 per cent pass rate. For class 12, the board obtained an overall passing percentage of 92.35 per cent in the arts stream and 95.65 per cent in science and commerce.
